Prototyping
Sometimes all your idea needs is a little dose of reality. See it in action. Mock it up. Make it move.
Taking a great concept to a prototype or proof of concept can make the difference between vaporware and a fundable concept. Orchid’s prototyping process includes broad stroke product development concepts, wireframe and user outcomes, and, most importantly, a prototype you can trot around to interested parties; giving you the ability to raise money, test an idea out on a group, sit and think about next steps with.

Wireframing
Use-Case/Persona development

Minimum Viable Product
If you’ve moved past the prototype you are on to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) we can help you get there. Our MVP process includes a mature product development scoping that will help you thread together the vision and the goals; align the strategy and initiatives and the release roadmap to back it up. The end goal of an MVP should be aligned with business objectives such that it can stand on its own at the end.
MVP takes existing materials, ideas, and concepts and puts them into product roadmap. The roadmap starts with detailed wireframes, then deep user personas and use-case treatments.
